Norbert Waldenmayer’s initial venture into buying and selling real estate was as a university student in need of supporting himself while pursuing a master’s degree. “I learned early on that buying and selling real estate is hands-down the best way to build wealth and prosper—regardless of the particular career one chooses in life,” says Waldenmayer.
He should know. Although he went on to earn his MA in Public Administration from Pepperdine University, it is in the field of real estate that he has been actively involved since 1977. Norbert’s success in commercial real estate development, construction, and sales is extensive, spanning high-rise hotel and shopping center construction as well as garden office, light industrial, and residential development construction.
After building an impressive cache of artfully designed custom and semi-custom homes in California—each of which is worthy of a feature spot in any “lifestyle” magazine—Norbert joined forces with his wife, Corinne, who is also a consummate real estate professional. Among the first to take advantage of the trend towards more simplified homes on larger pieces of reasonably priced property, Norbert and Corinne successfully developed and sold several equestrian communities in Montana, and in the process built a flourishing real estate brokerage company.
“Norbert’s direct knowledge of all aspects of real estate far exceeds that of most brokers or agents,” says Corinne. “His clients respect his knowledge of the real estate market as it relates to current trends, the economy, and opportunities.”
It was Corinne’s love for the Florida lifestyle, which began when she was a student at the University of Miami, that brought the couple back to the state to establish a firm dedicated to assisting their clients in building wealth and guarding the future.
